Quick and Tasty 5-Minute Lightly Pickled Cucumbers

Make this in a jiffy.
No need for a pickling container, this quick recipe uses only three ingredients!

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

1/2 teaspoon
a generous pinch (between your thumb, index and middle finger)


1. Chop the cucumbers into 1-cm thick rounds, then put them in a plastic bag with the salt and sugar.
2. Seal the opening of the bag, and shake it up! Press out the air, then massage the bag from the outside.
3. After 2-3 minutes, transfer them to a dish, and serve. When you have time, let them chill in the refrigerator while still inside the bag.
