Silken Tofu with Cucumbers, White Sesame & White Miso

Just as the title says! This is just cucumbers and silken tofu mixed with a white sesame and miso dressing. Lots of sesame seeds makes this dish savory and delicious!

This is perfect for when you want just one more thing to eat.

Ingredients: 2 small servings

Cucumbers
2
Silken tofu
100-150 g
Miso
1 1/2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Thinly slice the cucumbers using a mandoline. Sprinkle with salt, lightly rub in, and let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, put the tofu in the microwave, uncovered, and heat for 2 minutes at 500 W. Remove and let it cool.
3. When the cucumbers have become tender, tightly wring out the excess moisture.
4. Mix together the other ingredients not including the cucumber, until smooth (I used 120 g of tofu in the picture).
5. Mix the cucumber into Step 4 and it's done!
