Whole Wheat Bread for Vegans or Vegetarians

I made this bread using about 1 part whole wheat to 3 parts bread flour.
It doesn't contain any animal products.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Bread (strong) flour
300 g
Whole wheat flour
100 g
Beet sugar
7 g
5 g
Dried yeast
4 g
260 g


1. Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
2. Leave to proof for 45 minutes at 30℃. After the first rising, divide the dough into desired portions, then let rest.
3. After shaping, proof for the second time for 25 minutes at 30℃, sprinkle with whole wheat flour, then slash the tops.
4. Bake for 17 minutes at 200℃.

Since I'm vegetarian, I wanted to eat bread without any animal products.
