Subtly Sweet Simple Time-Saver Milk Sugar Bread

Knead it using a bread maker.
This is a simple bread that you don't have to allow to first rise.
This soft bread with a mild sweetness is sure to bring you happiness.
I tried adding a cute twist as well.

Ingredients: Makes 7-8 rolls

Bread (strong) flour
220 g
Milk
160 ml
Butter
20 g
Sugar
20 g
Salt
3 g
Dry yeast
3 g
To finish
Granulated sugar
as needed
Beaten egg
as needed

Steps

1. Add all the ingredients except for the yeast to the bread maker. Add the yeast to the specified location. Start the bread course.
2. Once it's kneaded for 20 minutes remove the dough, cover with a wet cloth, and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Stretch the dough out into a rope.
4. Fold in half, and create a ring shape, pinching the ends.
5. Twist it twice.
6. Second-rise in the oven at 40℃ for 35 minutes. Then use a brush to coat with beaten egg and sprinkle granulated sugar on top!
7. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes. Preheating isn't absolutely necessary, but if you do decide to preheat the oven, bake it for 13-15 minutes. Adjust the baking time.

Story Behind this Recipe

The sugar bread found in stores is too sweet, so I modified it to my preference.
