[Farmhouse Recipe] Colorful Vegetables with Marinated Octopus

This octopus and vegetable marinade is very tasty. The lightly cooked bell peppers are sweet and very delicious.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Boiled octopus (for sashimi)
70 g
Cucumber

Cherry tomatoes

Red bell pepper

Yellow bell pepper

[A] Mix the following ingredients very well
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
Olive oil
2 teaspoons
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Coarsely ground black pepper
a pinch

Steps

1. Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the red and yellow bell peppers over high heat until the skins are lightly charred. Cut them into 2 cm cubes.
2. Roughly chop the cucumber and octopus. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix with A ingredients, and it's done.
