Farmhouse Recipe: Grilled Spare Ribs and Vegetables

Just marinate the spare ribs and vegetables and bake in the oven. It's great if you grill it with vegetables cut to various sizes.

Ingredients: 4 people

Pork spare ribs

Steps

1. Thoroughly marinate the spare ribs in the A. ingredients.
2. Cut the onion into fourths, cut the carrots in half lengthwise, peel the potatoes, and coat with the B. ingredients.
3. Lightly coat the spare ribs and vegetables with flour, and line them up on an oven pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 390F/200C for 35~40 minutes, and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

Grilling heartily cut vegetables in the oven is delicious. You can use various kinds of meat, but the fat that renders from the spare ribs is delicious and I think it goes well with the vegetables.
