Easy 10-Minute Black Rockfish Acqua Pazza

This is one of my most popular black rockfish recipes.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Black rockfish
1
Cherry tomatoes
6
Shimeji mushrooms
1 bunch
Seasoning ingredients:
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Salt
1 teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove (sliced)
White wine
100 ml
Dried basil
to taste

Steps

1. Remove the insides and scales.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic and shredded mushrooms.
3. Add the fish, tomatoes, salt, and wine. Cover and steam-cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Season with basil and it's done.
