Oil-Free! Bamboo Shoots and Shiso Dressing

This is delicious and great for your skin and diet.
The combination of rejuvenating shiso and crispy, low-calorie, fiber-packed bamboo is excellent.


Boiled bamboo shoots
100 g
Oil-Free Shiso Dressing
Shiso (finely chopped)
3 leaves
Soy sauce, mirin
1 1/2 tablespoons each
1 tablespoon


1. Slice the boiled bamboo shoots. (If using canned bamboo shoots, boil for 2 minutes first.)
2. Mix the dressing ingredients.
3. Mix together Step 1 and Step 2 and let the flavors meld for about 30 minutes.
