Easy to Drink! Banana and Komatsuna Smoothie

This green smoothie is easy to drink even for people who have never tried one before. They can chug it.

1. There are only 2 ingredients plus water, as shown in the picture! Wash the Japanese mustard spinach well, and roughly chop. Cut the bananas into pieces.
2. Put bananas and komatsuna into a blender in that order. Add the water, and turn it on!
3. When they are well blended, it's done.
4. For those who like soy milk, add 50 ml of water and 50 ml of soy milk. This gives the smoothie a mild and delicious flavor.
