5-Minute Sweet and Savory Satsuma-age Simmer

Just simmer the satsuma-age with a touch of sugar and soy sauce. The flavors will be well blended by the time you're ready to eat them.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Green peppers
● Water
100 ml
● Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
● Sugar
1 teaspoon


1. Diagonally slice the satsuma-age in half. Julienne the green peppers.
2. Combine the ● ingredients in a sauce pan, and simmer over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, add the satsuma-age and green peppers, then simmer for 3 minutes over low-medium heat. Turn them over, then simmer for 2-3 more minutes.
