Tofu Scones

No need for butter, eggs, or milk. This is a healthy tofu dish. This is an easy, crispy, fluffy, and delicious scone recipe.

Ingredients: 8 pieces

Pancake mix
200 g
Silken tofu
80 - 100 g
Chocolate bar (optional)


1. Combine the pancake mix and the silken tofu in a bowl. Mash the tofu and mix well.
2. Break the chocolate into pieces, and fold into Step 1, then bring the mixture together into one dough. Divide into 8 even portions. Make 5 cm diameter and 1.5 cm thick circles.
3. Preheat the oven at 180℃/350℉, and bake for 20 minutes, then it's done.

I had leftover tofu and chocolate, so I made them into my favorite chocolate scones.
