Sake Steamed Manila Clams

It can be made in 5 minutes. A delicious appetizer.
It goes really well with sake.
I used relatively large manila clams.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Manila clams
600 g
50 ml
a small amount
Green onions (optional)
to taste


1. In a skillet, add the 50 ml of sake and the manila clams. Cover the skillet and steam the clams over medium heat.
2. Once the shells are opened, add the butter, then jiggle the skillet, and it is done.
3. Sprinkle with some chopped green onions (optional).
