Marinated Tomato and Cucumber

A light and refreshing dish. Peel the tomato skins for the marinade to soak through.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Tomatoes

Cucumber

Salt
As needed
☆Vinegar
2 tablespoons
☆ Soy sauce
Less than 1 tablespoon
☆Dashi stock
4 tablespoons
19 kcal, 1.1 g of sodium per serving

Steps

1. Combine the ☆ seasoning ingredients.
2. Slice the cucumber with a slicer, rub with salt and leave until wilts.
3. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and peel the skin. Of course you can peel by immersing in hot water and cut afterwards.
4. Add the squeezed cucumbers and tomatoes in step 3 into the bowl in Step 1. Mix it all and it is done.
