Crab Stick and Artichoke Dip

I mixed together some crab sticks and artichokes I had in the house to make a delicious appetizer. Everyone's bound to love this dip!

Ingredients

Imitation crab sticks
about 4 sticks
Marinated artichokes
about 150 g
★Cream cheese
about 100 g
★Sour cream
1 tablespoon
★Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
★Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
★Black pepper
a small amount
★Grated garlic
2 cloves
Finely chopped parsley
a small amount
Baguette
as desired
Tortilla chips
as desired

Steps

1. Cut the crab sticks in half and shred them into fine pieces.
2. Roughly chop the artichokes.
3. Prepare 100 g of cream cheese.
4. Put the crab sticks and artichokes in a bowl with the ★ ingredients.
5. Mix together thoroughly.
6. Spoon the mixed dip onto the baguettes and garnish with parsley.
7. Lightly bake in an oven at about 200℃ until slightly golden.
8. Plate, serve, and enjoy!

My friend invited me over for a house party, so I tried to think of some kind of appetizer that I could bring over to have with our drinks. I had some Marinated artichokes, so I came up with this.
