Asparagus and Corn Salad

It's an easy-to-make salad. You can use other vegetables besides asparagus.

Ingredients: 2 servings

4 spears
Sweet corn
For the dressing:
2 tablespoons
Ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon


1. This time I used double-roasted, freshly ground packaged sesame seeds. Some of the seeds are still intact, so retains texture.
2. Peel the hard part of the asparagus and cut off a bit of the bottom.
3. Boil the asparagus and cool in cold water. Cut it diagonally.
4. Mix the dressing ingredients together, and add the asparagus and corn.

I wanted a colorful side dish, and since I had some asparagus in the fridge, I tried making this.
