Carrot and Olive Oil Pancake Mix Pound Cake

Olive oil
30 g
Pancake mix
100 g


1. Grate the carrot and set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Place the egg and the sugar in a bowl and mix well.
4. Mix in the olive oil and carrot into the Step 3 mix.
5. Add the pancake mix and mix well.
6. Pour the Step 5 mixture into the cake mold, bake for 30 minutes at 180°C, and it's done.

I wanted to make a cake that was not only delicious, but also good for your complexion and suitable for dieters.
