Pork Bits and Pea Shoots Stir-Fried with Ginger and Pepper

An easy and quick recipe that uses inexpensive ingredients and simple condiments.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Pork bits
330 g
Bean shoots
2 bags
Ginger
1 large knob
☆Sugar
2 teaspoons
☆Salt
1/2 teaspoon
☆Soy sauce
1 scant tablespoon
Sake and soy sauce (for marinating)
1 tablespoon each
Black pepper
As needed (generously)

Steps

1. Rub sake and soy sauce into the pork.
2. Julienne the ginger.
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and sauté the ginger.
4. When fragrant, add pork and grill. When it's about 80% cooked, add ☆ condiments.
5. Add bean shoots and stir-fry.
6. Sprinkle on some black pepper to finish.
