Easy Layered Baked Potato and Ground Meat Bake (Whenever croquettes are too much of a hassle and you have no time!)

You can easily make this dish using the same ingredients as croquettes! Try making this when you buy the ingredients for croquettes and it becomes too much of a hassle, or when you're strapped for time .

Ingredients: 4 servings

Potatoes
about 6 medium-sized
Combined ground beef and pork
300-400g
Onion (finely chopped)
1 medium
Easy melting cheese
4 slices
○ Salt and pepper

☆ Milk
2 tablespoons
☆ Butter or Margarine
2 tablespoons
☆Salt
1 teaspoon
Grated cheese or panko
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil.
2. Fry the ground meat and finely- chopped onions in a pan while the potatoes are boiling, and season with salt and pepper. (If you use a non-stick pan, you don't need oil.)
3. Drain the potatoes once they're softened, put back in the pot and heat to evaporate the excess water.
4. Mash up the potatoes with a potato masher, mixing in the ingredients marked with ☆.
5. Layer the ground meat, onions, cheese, and potatoes in a microwave-safe container in that order.
6. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and cook in a toaster oven (for about 10 minutes) or in an oven until golden brown.
