Green Smoothie for Breakfast

How about a healthy smoothie made with just fruit and veggies? This cleanses you from the inside out.

Ingredients

Spinach
about 50 g
Banana
1
Kiwi
1
Orange
1
Water
100ml

Steps

1. Remove the roots from the spinach, wash clean and chop into pieces.
2. Peel the banana, orange and kiwi, and cut into bite sized pieces.
3. Put the orange, kiwi, banana, spinach and water into a mixer in that order, and switch it on.
4. Blend well, then pour it into a glass to finish.

Story Behind this Recipe

I heard that it's really good for your health to have just fruit for breakfast, but I though to add in vegetables which are also so good for you and came up with this smoothie that is really easy to drink.
