Wasabi Mayo Chicken Breast ★ With a Mountain of Fresh Veggies

I made a simple side dish to go with rice by simply using a premade salad mix that's chock full of veggies.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Your favorite bagged salad (I used coleslaw)
1 package
Chicken breast
1 large cut
Olive oil (for marinating)
1 rounded tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
1 heaping tablespoon
Olive oil (for stir frying)
1 rounded tablespoon
3 tablespoons
★Dashi soy sauce
3 tablespoons
6 cm


1. Marinate the chicken breast meat cut into large bite-sized chunks with 1 rounded tablespoon olive oil and salt and pepper.
2. Coat in 1 rounded tablespoon katakuriko, and fry until golden brown in a frying pan coated with olive oil.
3. Add the chicken to the mixed ★ seasoning ingredients, and lightly mix.
4. Arrange the bagged salad onto a plate, and lay the chicken with the sauce.

I topped this with lots of Recipe ID: 1769003 "Chicken Breast Meat Wasabi Mayo Dressing" that I entered into a bagged salad company's contest. ♪ Although I accidentally added olive oil to marinate the chicken breast instead of sake... It unexpectedly turned out even softer, so I uploaded the recipe like that (lol).
