Honey Kinako Okra Cookies for Dieters

Honey Kinako Okra Cookies for Dieters

This is an easy diet cookie that doesn't use sugar or oil! It's so full of okara that you'll be wonderfully satisfied!

Ingredients: 20 cookies

Fresh okara
100 g
Cake flour
70 g
Kinako
20 g
Crushed sesame seeds (this time I mixed together white and black)
10 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
Honey
30 g

Steps

1. Mix together all the ingredients except for the honey in a bowl with your hands. The dough will become crumbly in your hands.
2. Add the honey and mix together. Bring the dough together into one piece.
3. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Form the dough into balls with your hands and arrange on a baking sheet lined with kitchen parchment paper. Using the palm of your hand, press on the balls to form a disc.
4. Bake at 180℃ for 20~22 minutes and enjoy!
5. If you eat these with plenty of liquid, you'll feel pretty full!
6. Here's the whole wheat flour version! Change the flour to whole wheat flour plus a pinch of white sesame seeds if you want to try it out!
7. Use whole wheat flour instead of regular flour for a chewier version! I recommend you try it. (The cookies in the picture use ground black sesame seeds!)
8. It's a cookie tower! Even if you eat all of these, it'd still only be 150 calories! They'll make great snacks for people on diets if you store them in the refrigerator in small portions.
