Rolled Pork with Spring Cabbage and Cheese

The rich taste of cheese brings out the sweetness of the spring cabbage. Mix it with a gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) and mayonnaise sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork
6 slices
Processed cheese
King oyster mushrooms
Salt and pepper
as needed
1 tablespoon
★ Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
★ Ketchup
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
★ Grated garlic
2 cm (in tube)


1. Cut the cabbage into easy sizes for rolling, microwave for 1 minute with a sheet of cling film loosely covered. Mix the ★ seasoning ingredients together and set aside.
2. Slice the king oyster mushroom thinly, cut the cheese in half. Place the mushroom and cheese on top of the cabbage and roll.
3. Wrap Step 2 with the pork slices already seasoned with salt and pepper.
4. Fry in a pan with some oil over medium heat until nicely browned.
5. When golden brown, mix with the sauce in Step 1. Stir fry quickly, and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to create a dish that uses gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste). I've been putting it in everything lately!
