[Farmer's Recipe] Tuna and Potato Salad

This is a potato salad with the flavors of tuna deliciously combined with potato. It's a simple recipe that only requires cucumbers.

Ingredients: 4 servings

3 (300 g)
1/2 teaspoon
Canned tuna (small)
1 can
1 teaspoon
Coarsely ground black pepper
A pinch
4 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon
Whole grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon


1. Peel the potatoes and divide into 8 portions. Boil them until they're soft enough that you can poke skewers through easily.
2. Drain the potatoes. Stir-fry for a minute to let the excess moisture evaporate. Crush with a wooden spatula into bite-sized pieces and mix the [A] ingredients. Set aside and cool.
3. Slice the cucumbers and mix with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Set aside for 5 minutes and squeeze out the excess water.
4. Combine the cooled potatoes with the cucumbers. Mix the [B] ingredients and enjoy.
