Stir-Fried Pork with Ginger

If you cook this dish in advance, it'll simplify bento prepping. The katakuriko tenderizes the pork, and nicely absorbs the sauce.

Ingredients: 6 days' worth

250 ~ 300 g
as needed
★Grated ginger
1 thumb worth
★Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon


1. Coat the pork with katakuriko (it's easier work in a plastic bag).
2. Mix the ★ ingredients in a bowl.
3. Stir-fry the pork from Step 1 in a frying pan until cooked through.
4. Turn down the heat to low, and swirl in the ★ ingredients. Mix well so that the pork absorbs the sauce.
5. Divide into silicone cups. When cooled, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze.
