Put all of the ■ ingredients into a small pot. Also put in the flounder.
Turn the heat down to low, cover with a drop-lid (a light lid or sheet of baking paper placed directly on the contents), and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Midway through simmering, flip over and use a spoon to coat the fish with the sauce.

I made this because I wanted to eat something with a rich flavor that would go well with rice.
When you flip over the flounder, they fall apart easily so please be careful. If you simmer this for too long, it may become bitter or the liquid may completely evaporate, so be careful!
