Lassi from a Curry Restaurant

I usually make a huge batch and keep it in the fridge!! Give it a trying making it with simple syrup.

Ingredients

Yogurt
1 pack (450 g)
Milk
450 ml
Simple syrup
200 g

Steps

1. Add all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, and you're done.
2. I added a handful of frozen mangoes, and mixed in a blender!

Story Behind this Recipe

I love lassi so much! They're usually quite thick, but the one I had at an Indian curry restaurant long time ago was smooth, so I tried recreating it! I make this with fruit every morning, and my kids just drink it up!
