Spinach Tuna

You can cook this in no time.
This recipe is great as an additional dish or packed in a bento.

Ingredients: 2 servings

2~4 bunches
Canned tuna
1/2 can
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
1~2 tablespoon
2 pinches


1. Cook the spinach in boiling water for about 1 minute. Chill in cold water and drain. Cut into 3 cm lengths. Drain oil from the tuna can.
2. Mix mentsuyu and sugar with step 1, and it's done.
