Shio-koji Miso Soup with Pork and Sweet Potatoes

Sweet & mild shio-koji miso soup with sweet potatoes.
It becomes a sort of easy pork soup if you add sliced and chopped pork.

Ingredients: +3 servings

Sweet potatoes
200 g
Carrot
1/2
Pork sliced and chopped
200 g
Japanese leek
1
○ Bonito based dashi stock
1/2 packet
○ Shio-koji
1 tablespoon
Miso
to taste
Sesame oil
to taste
Yuzu pepper paste (optional)
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the washed sweet potatoes, carrot into bite-sized pieces, and do the same with sliced and chopped pork. Julienne the leek.
2. Put 3 servings of water in a pot, add all the ingredients and ○ seasonings, and bring to a boil. When it comes to a boil, dissolve the miso.
3. Add a little sesame oil to finish. Add yuzu pepper paste if you prefer.
