Easy Lemony Chirashi Sushi with Salmon Flakes

The first of the recipes for easy chirashi sushi. All you need to do is to cook the eggs. The sushi rice is zesty from the lemon juice. Serve at celebratory dinners.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Salmon flakes (store-bought)
60 to 70 g
Thinly-sliced ham
4 slices
Daikon radish sprouts
1 packet
● Sugar
1/2 a teaspoon
● Salt
a pinch
Freshly cooked rice
2 rice cooker cups (360 ml)
*Lemon juice
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
* Kombu tea
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
*Toasted white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons


1. Cut the ham in half and then into about 5 mm wide. Add all ● ingredients to the eggs and make shredded egg crepes. Cut the roots ends of the radish sprouts.
2. Mix all * ingredients to make sushi vinegar and mix into the freshly cooked rice quickly.
3. Set aside some of the ingredients to decorate and mix the rest into the rice.
4. Sprinkle the shredded egg crepes on top, decorate with the remaining ingredients, and the chirashi sushi is done.
