Simple Salt-broth Ramen

This is a simple soup made with salt, chicken soup stock granules, lard, and green onion oil.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chinese-style noodles
1 bundle
Boiling water
400 ml
Chicken soup stock
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Lard
1-2 teaspoons
Green onion oil (store-bought)
1 teaspoon
Boiled pork
as desired
Chopped Japanese leek
as needed
Bamboo shoots
as needed
Boiled egg or seasoned egg

Steps

1. Make and slice the char siu. Refer to Recipe ID: 696114
2. Boil the egg and cut in half. Put the salt, chicken soup stock granules, lard, and green onion oil in a warmed bowl.
3. Boil the ramen noodles. Boil the water for the soup. Add the boiling water to the bowl just before the noodles are done/
4. Drain the noodles and add to the bowl. Top with char siu, egg, bamboo shoots, and green onion. Top with ra-yu to taste.
