Char Siu Soy Sauce Ramen

I made a rich ramen using the boiling liquid from making char siu. The char siu was also delicious.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chinese-style noodles
1 bundle
Char siu
4 slices Recipe ID: 696114
Finely chopped scallions
as needed
Boiling liquid from boiling pork
400 ml
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
to taste
Pickled bamboo shoots
as needed


1. Prepare the char siu and slice. For a detailed explanation of how to make it, refer to the recipe. Heat the boiling liquid from making the char siu.
2. Begin boiling the ramen noodles. Warm the dish and add the soy sauce, Japanese leeks, and Weipa.
3. Once the noodles have boiled, pour Step 2 into a bowl, and add the drained noodles. Top with the char siu and pickled bamboo shoots.
