Delicious and Healthy Sweet & Sour Pork With Chicken Tenders

This is heathy since it uses chicken tenders.

It's easy to make since it isn't boiled or fried.

This is a really tasty version of sweet and sour pork made using chicken tenders.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken tenders
5 strips
Green peppers
Shiitake mushroom
2 pieces
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
★ Vinegar, soy sauce
1 tablespoon of each
★Sugar, sesame oil
1 tablespoon of each


1. Cut the chicken tenders into bite sized pieces and soak in unlisted (1 tablespoon sake, 1 teaspoon soy sauce). Let soak until it's basically time to use the chicken.
2. Cut the carrots into long, thin strips, cut the onions into 1-2 cm slices, cut the green peppers into chunks, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into bite sized pieces. Mix the ★ ingredients together.
3. Coat a frying pan with oil, and sauté everything. Lightly sauté the green peppers last out of everything else. After sautéing, take it all out onto a plate temporarily.
4. Stir the katakuriko into Step 1, coat the frying pan with oil, and pan-fry.
5. If it looks like it is going to burn, add in a bit of water, and steam it. ♪ After it has cooked through, add in the plate of vegetables, coat well in the ★ ingredients, and it is done.
