Stir-Fried Celery & Potato with Grainy Mustard, Mayo, and Soy Sauce

A stir-fry with toothsome potato and celery. Seasoned with grainy mustard, mayo, and soy sauce. Even with wiener sausages. Also great to pack in bentos.

Ingredients

Potato

Celery (do not throw out the leaves)

Wiener sausages

Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon plus
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon plus
Grainy mustard
1/2 tablespoon plus
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
To taste

Steps

1. Peel the potato. Julienne and soak in water. Drain in a colander. Also julienne the wiener sausages and celery.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the ingredients. Add mayonnaise and soy sauce as you cook. Then add the grainy mustard. Mix everything well as you stir-fry.
3. Season with salt and pepper to finish. It's better to keep the toothsome texture of the celery and potato.

I love celery. Because its leaves are also tasty and fragrant, I stir-fried them with some potatoes, and seasoned with mayo and soy with grainy mustard as an accent.
