Grilled Salted Salmon

I grilled a lightly salted salmon filet with extra salt and sake. I recommend this for seasoning onigiri rice balls or packing in your bento.


Lightly salted salmon
1 filet (70 g)
1 teaspoon
a small amount
Vegetable oil
as needed


1. Sprinkle the salmon filet with salt and sake. Let it marinade for 15 minutes. Wipe excess moisture and then pan-fry or place on a grill.

I've been making this recipe for a long time.
If making this for onigiri rice balls or bento and using pre-salted salmon filets, the amount of salt may not be enough, so sprinkle with a little bit more and then grill.
