I added green onions to a sweet rolled omelet. It still tastes good even when cooled, so it's great to make for bentos.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Eggs

Sugar
1 or more tablespoons
Shiro-dashi
1 tablespoon
Green onions or scallions

Vegetable oil
as needed

Steps

1. Finely chop the green onions. Beat the egg and mix in the shiro-dashi, sugar, and green onions.
