Okra and Edamame with Rock Salt

This is a simple salad made with okra and edamame tossed with rock salt. It has a simple taste using just salt.

Ingredients

Okra
1 bag
Frozen or fresh edamame
50 g
Rock salt or shio-koji

Steps

1. Remove the tops of the okra, sprinkle with salt, and roll in the salt. Boil quickly, let cool, and cut crosswise into 3-4 pieces.
2. Remove the edamame from the pods. Put the okra and edamame in a bowl and mix with rock salt.
