Shrimp and Broccoli with Mayonnaise Sauce

Plump and juicy shrimp with mayonnaise.
Great for bentos or as drinking appetizers.
This is delish!

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

1 head
4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
★Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
as needed


1. Combine the ★ ingredients. Boil the broccoli to your desired degree of doneness and drain well.
2. Peel and devein the shrimp. Cut a slit in the back.
3. Massage the shrimp with katakuriko and salt to remove any surface impurities and rinse well.
4. Dry the rinsed shrimp very well. Put the shrimp in a plastic bag with katakuriko (about 2 tablespoons) and shake.
5. Pour a generous amount of oil in a pan, and pan fry the shrimp until it's nicely colored.
6. When the shrimp are just about cooked through, wipe excess oil in the pan with paper towels.
7. Add the pre-boiled broccoli and stir fry lightly. Add the ★ ingredients, mix well and it's done.
