Easy Beef Jerky

Beef jerky and beer are a match made in heaven.


Beef (red meat is best)
250 g
1 tablespoon
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
★Garlic powder
to taste
★Black pepper
to taste
★Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Add the meat and all of the ★ ingredients to a plastic bag. Rub the seasoning into the meat and leave it to marinate for 1/2-1 day.
2. Arrange the meat on an oven dish so that the pieces don't overlap and roast for 100 minutes at 150°C. You don't have to preheat the oven.
3. During cooking, turn the meat over 3 times. Throw away any juices that leak out of the meat.
4. Once the meat is cooked, season with salt and pepper. When the meat has cooled it's ready to eat.
5. This time I used 3 pieces of 1 cm thick beef round (250 g total).
