I wanted to try making some panko without any herbs.
You can use this as topping on pasta, salad, baked chicken, or in a variety of other dishes. It can be conveniently stored in the freezer. There's salt content from the butter, so only add a bit of salt. If making it without the oil, use 15 g butter.
