5 Minute Nanohana and Shrimp Sauté with Aurora Sauce

This recipe only requires 5 minute prep in the frying pan. It's a pleasing spring side dish for guests with super-easy seasonings.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shelled shrimp, boiled
about 15
Nanohana
1 package
For the sauce:
Ketchup
2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Rinse the shrimp, remove the shells, and blot dry with a paper towel.
2. Rinse the nanohana, trim off the tough stem ends, then cut into 3-4 cm pieces.
3. Combine the sauce ingredients in a frying pan, heat for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring while sautéeing.
4. Presentation: Arrange the shrimp in a circular pattern like a flower, then create a mound by alternating the nanohana with the remaining shrimp, and drizzle the rest of sauce on the platter.
