Use Up Egg Whites! Baked White Doughnuts!

This is an easy recipe for moist and fluffy baked doughnuts to use up egg whites!

Ingredients: 7 small doughnuts

Egg white (medium)
35 g
2 tablespoons
Cake flour
35 g
as needed
Powdered sugar (for decoration)
as desired


1. Bring the butter to room temperature. Whisk together with the sugar until creamy.
2. Lightly mix the egg white with a fork. (It's okay if it becomes slightly frothy).
3. Add the egg white to the butter and sugar in three portions. Mix with each addition.
4. Once thoroughly mixed, sift the flour into the batter. Mix until no longer powdery.
5. Lightly oil the doughnut mold.
6. Put the batter into a pastry bag and squeeze into the doughnut mold.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
8. When they have cooled, put the doughnuts into a plastic bag with some powdered sugar. Shake to coat with the sugar.
9. A version without powdered sugar.
