Chilled Tofu with Grated Daikon Radish and Shirasu

This is my family's standard chilled tofu dish.
The shirasu and grated daikon radish are so delicious together.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Tofu
150 g
Daikon radish
to taste
Shirasu
to taste
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Grate the daikon.
2. Put the chilled tofu on a plate and top it with the grated daikon! Sprinkle on the shirasu.
3. Pour on some soy sauce, and you're done!
