With Pork A Side Dish Treat Deli Salad

This is a healthy and stylish salad side dish . The miso and mayonnaise meld well together, and this goes nicely with rice or bread. It is a vibrant and colorful dish that is perfect for parties .

Ingredients: 2~3 servings

Pork (thinly sliced, belly etc.)
Broccoli (or your favorite seasonal veggies)
1/3 stalk
2 (S~M sized)
A little more that 1/2 tablespoon
A little more that 1/2 tablespoon
A little more that 1/2 tablespoon
☆Extra virgin olive oil
A little more that 1/2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Hard boil the eggs, and chop into about 2cm pieces. Break apart the broccoli into individual pieces, boil, and strain well.
2. Cut the pork into 2 cm pieces and season with salt and pepper. Place into a frying pan and cook until it turns a light golden brown, move it to the side, and wipe the excess oil with a paper towel.
3. Mix the ☆ ingredients together to make the sauce. Add in all of the ingredients to a bowl, and stir well so the sauce coats all.
4. After evenly coating everything, arrange onto plates, arrange with whatever you like such as cherry tomatoes, and it is done. You can prepare lots of sauce, and top it off with a bit of the sauce at the end.
5. I stuffed it into a sandwich for breakfast. I also packed it in a bento (the box in front in the photo). It's so versatile!
