Roasted white sesame seeds
as needed
Shichimi spice
to taste


1. Boil the taro root and peel the skin. Cut in half.
2. Combine the mayonnaise, miso, and yuzu pepper into a bowl. Add the taro and coat with the sauce. Serve on a dish and garnish with white sesame seeds and shichimi spice.
