Whenever sweet onions are in season, we enjoy this salad. This is a staple dish in our family.
※ Try to slice the sweet onion as thin as possible. Soak in cold water so as to keep the sweet onions crisp (do not soak in water for too long.) For the sauce, you could use ponzu + mayo or bonito flakes + mayo, both are delicious.
