Spring Potato Taramasalata

This is a salad with tarako and potatoes. It's made with simple ingredients, yet very tasty.


3 to 4
Butter or margarine
10 g
50 g
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
3-4 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Chop the potatoes in half. Put in a heatproof dish with a little water. Cover it with plastic wrap and microwave. Peel, then mash with a masher.
2. Remove the membrane from the tarako and put into a bowl. Mix with the lemon juice and butter.
3. Add the potatoes to the same bowl. Toss with some mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
