Muffins with Sautéed Apples

This is a filled with sweet and tart apples sautéed with margarine! The batter is also fluffy!
These muffins will make you happy from one bite!

Ingredients: 7 small muffins

Margarine
50 g
Cake flour
100 g
Sugar
50 g
Egg
1
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Milk
50 ml
Pan-Fried Apples
Apple
1
Margarine
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
Flour
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Peel the apples and cut into 8 pieces, then into 5 mm slices.
2. Put the margarine into a frying pan and fry the apples until soft. Add the sugar and fry until the liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Bring the margarine to room temperature to soften and mix it with sugar in a bowl until pale.
4. Add the egg and mix. Sift the flour and baking powder and fold into the batter.
5. Lightly toss the apples from Step 2 with flour, then gently fold into the batter from Step 4.
6. Add the milk and fold to combine.
7. Grease the muffin tins with margarine and pour the batter in. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 25 minutes and enjoy!

I was chosen to be a recipe tester for Rama brand's "Margarine for Butter Lovers," so I made muffins that were packed with the buttery flavor.
