Tofu & Natto Gratin

Tofu & Natto Gratin

This is a really lazy dish for those on a diet or for anyone short on time.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Tofu (silken)
150 g
Natto (mixed with the included sauce and mustard)
1 pack
1 tablespoon
★Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
★Shiso (minced)
2 leaves


1. Put the tofu in a bowl (don't drain it), add the ★ ingredients and lightly mix together. It's okay if it's not mixed completely.
2. Put Step 1 into a heat-resistant dish and top with the natto. Drop the whole egg into the center and bake in the toaster oven until the egg is cooked to your preference.
