Curry-Flavored Egg and Cauliflower Salad

This is a popular salad among my friends and kids. The beautiful color is delightful, and so is the taste!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Eggs (boiled)
to taste
Curry powder
to taste
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Dried parsley
a small amount


1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and boil to desired firmness.
2. Thoroughly drain the water from the cauliflower (blot with a paper towel, if you like).
3. Combine the curry powder, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Chop the boiled eggs into large pieces. Toss the eggs and cauliflower in the seasoning.
4. Serve on a plate, season with dried parsley, and enjoy!
