Café Style Avocado Rice Bowl in 5 minutes

This is so easy!! It's ready in 5 minutes!! And it's addictive and good. Give this a try if you have avocado.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Plain steamed rice
1 serving (240 g cooked weight)
Canned tuna
1/2 can (40 g)
1/2 tablespoon
○ Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
○ Sesame oil
a bit less than 1/2 teaspoon
○ Mirin
1/2 teaspoon
○ Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
Shredded nori seaweed
as needed
Sesame seeds
to taste


1. All you need are the ingredients pictured. Slice the avocado, and mix the ingredients marked ○ together.
2. Squeeze a swirl of mayonnaise on top of the rice, and top with the tuna.
3. Then, arrange the avocado slices on top of the tuna and pour the ○ sauce over everything.
4. Garnish with shredded nori seaweed and sesame seeds and it's done. Mix it up well and then dig in!
5. If using a cutting board is too bothersome, just scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon.
